I consider myself a creative and analytical person. I'm interested in everything that lies at the intersection of creative play and contemplative, introspective thinking. I highly value curiosity, which leads us to open up to others, meaning the world, and the empathy that arises from admiring it, allowing us to embrace it within ourselves.
In the first session, the focus is on getting to know each other, listening to the discomforts, concerns, searches, and desires that bring you to therapy, addressing any questions, and thus beginning the therapeutic process with openness and tranquility.
I use tools from Gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, and theater to help my clients get to know themselves better, understand the reasons behind their behavior patterns, and unravel their conflicts, so they can focus their energy on inhabiting their deepest desires and, consequently, living in an ethical, creative, and autonomous manner.
