I work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which develops psychological flexibility; Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which emphasizes strengths and resources; and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on modifying thoughts and behaviors.
