I am curious, restless, and creative. I spend my free time outdoors and exploring new places, which is why I love traveling and do it whenever I can. I have done Stand-Up Comedy, learned ceramics, studied pastry making, singing, and theater, all with the desire to explore the possibilities of creativity. I love being with friends and I value these connections very much.
During the initial stages of the process, a relationship of trust is established to subsequently identify those things that are valuable and bring happiness to the patient (sometimes not evident but always present). Then, we will examine what has been learned incorrectly and bothers us to explore alternative ways of doing the same thing without pain.
I've always felt very connected to Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Over the years, I've trained in Contextual Therapies and Positive Psychology. My space is a mutual working place where we explore those things that trouble us to be able to do something different. The main idea is to discover what makes us happy and live accordingly.
