I am a woman with a strong social commitment, empathetic, creative, and sensitive. I enjoy art and nature through theater, music, yoga, and hiking. I believe that life has allowed us to build a unique narrative, and it is in the exchange of these stories where we find the true richness of our existence.
In each session, you will find a safe space for listening, trust, and empathy. In our first meeting, I will focus especially on getting to know you and understanding the situations causing you distress. You will also have the opportunity to get to know me and my working style, so that together we can build the steps to take in your process.
My approach is based on cognitive-constructivist therapy, which seeks to understand how people interpret their experiences and the world around them. In therapy, we will explore your personal meanings through your narratives to develop new perspectives that allow you to reconnect with your autonomy and well-being.
