We will get to know each other and I will accompany you to identify during the first session, what brings you to therapy. It will be a judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable and safe so that we can work to find your well-being.
I work from the psychoanalytic approach, which tries to make the unconscious conscious; that which causes us discomfort and often we do not understand or know why. You will learn to know yourself and identify characteristics and tools that help you achieve your well-being and how you can use your own life story for this.
