My therapeutic approach in psychology focuses on evidence-based therapies, allowing me to provide interventions tailored to each client's needs. Additionally, I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and have experience in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices.
