In the first session, we will focus on your reason for seeking therapy, and I will ask you about specific aspects of your life. I will provide you with information about the therapeutic process and we will establish goals to work towards. We will also align expectations regarding the treatment.
I have training in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. This approach focuses on identifying dysfunctional thought patterns and restructuring them. I also use therapeutic tools from Neurolinguistic Programming and Psychosportology.
