I am a passionate person in everything I do. I strive to enjoy the present and take advantage of every learning opportunity. I love animals and enjoy spending time with them, as I believe they make excellent companions. Exercise is an important part of my life, not only for maintaining my health but also for providing a space to socialize.
In our first session, my goal is to create a space of trust, emotional validation, and a strong therapeutic relationship. During this session, we will explore the different situations related to the reason for consultation, as well as various aspects of the client’s life. Finally, we will discuss the client's expectations.
My therapeutic approach is based on third-generation behavioral therapies: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). These focus on behavior and the role of context in people’s lives and the situations they face.
