I am an empathetic person, cheerful, curious and very passionate about what I do. I value my interpersonal relationships and the time I devote to myself. I firmly believe if I feel good about myself and take care of my well-being, everything outside will be fine.
The first session is a time to establish a relationship of trust, personal growth and respect. I seek to get to know the person in all its areas and likewise inquire into their problem. It is a first opportunity to revise possible therapeutic objectives and to identify possible solutions.
My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral, in which I also include acceptance and commitment therapy. What I seek with my patients is that they restructure those dysfunctional ideas that contribute to their emotional discomfort.
