Throughout our sessions, we will work on the topics discussed during this initial meeting (and subsequent ones) to progress toward the goals we define together.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in third-generation therapies, with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My goal is to promote psychological flexibility, acceptance, and a commitment to meaningful personal values. Simultaneously, I teach essential DBT skills, such as emotional regulation, to support the development of practical tools that enhance emotional well-being.
