I am a person like any other who has their light and their shadow, and I am continually growing integrating these two parts. I am open-minded but with a deep critical thinking. I am passionate about reading and running through the mountains. The most important values to me are respect, honesty, responsibility and solidarity.
In the first session we will focus on starting to build a relationship, you will know my way of working and we will delve into the reason for the consultation. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and that we can start to evaluate what brings you to therapy so that later we can establish specific objectives.
My therapeutic approach is based on cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on identifying and changing dysfunctional thought and behavior patterns that contribute to emotional problems. I like to have an integral perspective, so sometimes I use tools from other approaches in specific situations.
