I consider myself a creative, genuine, persistent, and sensitive person. I enjoy sharing with my family and friends, doing social work, skating, and I love dogs. Those who know me describe me as disciplined, dreamy, responsible and affectionate.
During the first session I want to meet you, listen to your needs and expectations, in order to start working on what is important to you. On this day, together we will build a safe space, that makes you feel comfortable and allows you to share what motivates you to start this process.
My training has been from the Cognitive Behavioral approach. During the therapeutic process, we will discover tools (based on scientific evidence) that allow you to live a life that is worth living and respond to the demands of the day to day. We will explore your personal characteristics, context and your behaviors.
