I am an adventurous person, a lover of extreme sports and outdoor adventure. I enjoy taking on new challenges; this is something characteristic in my personal life (climbing rocks and mountains) and in my professional life as a clinical psychologist.
In the first session, the most important thing is getting to know each other, understanding the reasons why you decided to work on yourself, and your expectations for this space. After getting to know you a bit, I will provide a clear explanation of how we can start working together and ensure that it aligns with what is important to you in your therapy process.
My therapeutic approach is transdiagnostic, so my assessments and interventions focus on the psychological processes that underlie and maintain various issues. I use the therapy style that suits the patient's needs, whether it's cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, or acceptance and commitment therapy.
