I am an empathetic, warm, honest, responsible and creative person. I value authenticity, I seek to learn from each experience and grow more and more as a person. I am a faithful practitioner of mindfulness. I love to study and be able to support others in their processes.
In the first session the idea is to get to know each other, that you can talk in a safe space about the issues that are affecting you and that we can establish therapeutic goals together. This, taking into account your reason for consultation. It is also a space in which you can get to know my way of working and see if it fits your needs.
My therapeutic approach is a mix of strategies based on scientific evidence (which have proven to be effective for specific problems) and Integrative Gestalt therapy (which seeks to enhance the power of agency and authenticity from presence, awareness and responsibility for one's own processes).
