The first session is focused on generating a warm and confident space, which helps us to generate a great therapeutic relationship. One goal is to get to know each other, I will present my work style and we will identify the goals you have and the possible obstacles that are making it difficult for you to achieve that valuable in your life
My therapeutic approach is based on behaviorism, this is focused on explaining behavior based on the person's context and how they interact with that context. This approach helps to see the discomfort from another perspective, generating strategies for change from an appropriate psychological flexibility and openness to experience
