In the first session, I will inquire about the topics you wish to address, the goals you want to achieve, and since it's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, I will also ask you about your likes and preferences. I will communicate to you how I usually work, and we will come to agreements for the process.

I am interested in the influence of communication and relational dynamics on emotional and personal challenges. Depending on the case, I incorporate art therapy tools.
