In the first session I seek to generate a warm and safe environment where you feel heard and understood. We will talk about the reason that made you request the service, about you and your different areas of adjustment and finally we will determine the goals that you want to achieve with the therapeutic process.

I have experience in psychological assessment and intervention in the clinical field, also in the execution of plans oriented to the promotion of cognitive skills, psychological well-being and mental health at an individual and social level through second and third generation cognitive-behavioral strategies.
