I am a woman passionate about learning and accompanying others during their process of self-awareness and personal development. I value honesty, empathy, and compassion for others. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and hiking.
Our first session is dedicated to getting to know each other and discussing what you would like to work on in therapy, establishing treatment goals and expectations.
My therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am trained in Third Generation Therapies, Mindfulness techniques, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and elements of Family Constellations. I specialize in Perinatal Psychotherapy; I support women experiencing various pregnancy and postpartum disorders.
