In the first session, you will find a warm and tranquil environment. We will inquire about your nutritional goals, the barriers to achieving them, and together we will develop a feasible meal plan tailored to your needs.
My approach is based on psychonutrition. I focus on identifying the true nutritional goals of my clients, considering the positive aspects they have to achieve them and the obstacles that may arise along the way. I promote mindful, respectful, and loving eating.
