I am a person deeply committed to continuous learning, organized and structured in my approach. I had the opportunity to live abroad while pursuing my doctorate, which has greatly enriched my perspective. I highly value honesty and transparency in others, and I strive to be fair in all my interactions. I practice yoga and enjoy writing stories and books for young adults, as well as poetry.
In the first session, I focus on creating an atmosphere of trust and understanding, aimed at exploring your motivations and expectations as a patient. I will clarify any questions you may have about the process and your reason for seeking therapy, and together we will establish the groundwork for our work together.
My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, complemented by lifestyle modification interventions, given their strong empirical support. I assist patients in identifying and modifying thought and behavior patterns that affect their well-being and health. This is achieved through psychoeducation and practical skills training.
