I am a daughter, sister, granddaughter, partner, friend, psychologist, therapist, among many other things. Each of these places awakens in me different versions: the caring one, the accompanying one, the loving one, the one who lets herself be taken care of, the questioning one, the one who listens, the one who thinks and the one who feels. I value complexity, contradictions and the right to change.
It is divided into 5 moments. 1. Breaking the ice: To make ourselves comfortable, I invite you to tell me aspects of your life that you consider relevant. 2. Consultation reason: Why therapy? Here are some questions to better understand. 3. Expectations. How will we know that therapy works? 4. Your questions on process or about me? 5. Agreements.
I trained as a psychologist, completed a masters in Human Systems Intervention and another in Systemic and Postmodern Therapy. From my perspective it is important to build a collaborative relationship with consultants, recognizing their own resources and observing the "problems" from a critical and loving approach to build new possibilities.
