In the first session, I offer you a safe, warm, and trustworthy environment to connect with your feelings and emotional needs. This way, we'll identify the expectations you have for the process. I'll also introduce you to my working methodology and assess if this aligns with what you expect from a therapeutic process with me.
My therapeutic approach is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps identify and modify patterns of thought and dysfunctional behaviors contributing to emotional difficulties. Additionally, I have received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
