I consider myself someone who enjoys the little pleasures: reading with a cat nearby, soaking up the sun in silence, sharing quality time, and connecting with those I care about. I value calm, genuine presence, and spaces where being myself feels light and safe.
In the first session, I would like to learn a little about you and your therapeutic goals, as well as for you to get to know my therapy style. My priority is to jointly discover whether this is a space that creates safety and comfort for you, where we can discuss the topics of your choice.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, using different frameworks such as CBT, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Psychoanalysis, in order to provide tools that fit personal needs. The goal is to support the construction of awareness, habits, and the achievement of objectives from an individualized and personalized understanding.
