I will explore your history and context so that we can define initial goals together. I will also explain my approach and answer any questions you may have, ensuring a safe and non-judgmental space.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, adapting to the individual needs of my clients. I primarily use techniques from cognitive-behavioral and systemic therapy to identify triggers in the individual's environment and provide tools to cope with their difficulties. Additionally, I incorporate other methods and tools to offer holistic support to my clients.
