I love practicing yoga, connecting with nature, cycling, walking, and dancing—activities that enrich my life and fill me with energy.
In our first session, I will provide you with a safe space where you can express yourself freely. Together, we will explore the reasons that have brought you to therapy and define the goals you wish to achieve through this process. I will ask questions to help you deepen your self-awareness and understanding. Additionally, I may share practical tools for you to use outside of our sessions.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with specialized training in Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I firmly believe that we are much more than the personality we have constructed throughout our lives. For this reason, I guide individuals on their journey to discover their authentic essence, helping them express themselves genuinely. My personal experience with depression and anxiety has provided me with a profound perspective, enabling me to understand and support you with greater empathy.
