I am a person for whom love means everything. I value the power of vulnerability and gratitude as the essential basis of life. Everything we are experiencing today, I believe, is for our greater evolution and we are worthy of building a life worth living.
In the first session you will find gratitude, compassion, vulnerability and love. I will explain how the process will be carried out giving you peace of mind. Following this, we will discuss the circumstances that led you to take psychological therapy and finally, we will talk about your expectations.
My therapeutic approach is based on Contextual Therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Behavioral Activation (AC). From (ACT) it contributes to the consultant being able to build a life worth living, from the development of psychological flexibility.
