I am a calm and cheerful person. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling to explore new places, and watching movies. I read several books at the same time, I enjoy exercising, and I love walking. The values that guide me are respect, compassion, and kindness.
In the first session, my proposal is to get to know each other, discuss what motivates you to start a therapeutic process, and what you hope to achieve in this space. The most important thing for me is that you can emotionally and mentally unload, so that every time we finish the session, you return to your activities feeling calmer.
My therapeutic approach is based on Humanistic Psychology. The most important thing is for you to know that no one knows more about you than yourself, and for this reason, I accompany your process. I am a psychologist, a master's in psychotherapy, a master's in psychosocial rehabilitation, and certified in mental health support during the postpartum period.
