Hello, a little about me, I live in Medellín, I enjoy my profession and I am always in constant learning, not only academic, also, I learn valuable and different things from my consultants. I highly value the bonds I have built and believe in their potential for mental well-being.

In the first meeting we establish a warm and safe environment to address what motivated you to consult. I inquire about previous experiences in psychotherapy or what you know about this process, in order to clarify doubts and show you how I work. Also, I am interested in getting to know you and knowing your expectations of the process, to build a map together.

Estilo de terapia psicológica

My approach to work is integrative and from here it is sought to build a psychotherapy that adjusts to the needs and possibilities of each person, combining different approaches from where it can benefit. In a culinary metaphor it would be: depending on the needs, several ingredients are combined to create a special dish for each person.
