I am a psychologist, and I am passionate about supporting women in their healing and growth process. I believe in the power of safe and calm spaces to connect with ourselves. I enjoy the small pauses that nurture us: reading, moving my body, and resting.
In the first session, we will explore your concerns in a safe, judgment-free space. I will explain my therapeutic approach, answer your questions, and together we will define initial goals. You don’t need to know exactly what to say—just bring whatever feels important to you. This is a first step toward your well-being, taken with calmness and at your own pace.
I hold a master’s degree in Humanistic Psychology and have training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and narrative therapy. I help women reframe their stories, integrate self-care, and strengthen their well-being.
