In our first session, the focus will be on you. My goal is to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and truly grasp what is causing you pain or suffering. I want you to feel in a space of openness and compassion where you can express yourself freely.
I work under the evidence-based therapy approach, specifically in contextual therapies such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and cognitive-behavioral therapy. These perspectives aim to conduct a molar analysis of behavior to create meaningful changes aligned with how we want to live our lives.
