I consider listening as a pillar in my everyday life. That's why I try to connect with scenarios that allow me to learn how to do it (physical exercise, reading, study and nature). This has allowed me to find a balance in who I am and what I do, as I start from the premise "if I listen to myself, I take care of myself. If I listen to you, I understand you".
The first session is important for us to know each other. We will address the reason why you want to start the therapeutic process, how you think, feel and/or act about this situation and your expectations about therapy. With this, we will talk about how to proceed in the sessions according to what your needs and my therapeutic style are.
My therapeutic approach is Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT). The aim is to change the way we think, feel and act when this leads us to experience high discomfort/discomfort towards ourselves and/or what surrounds us. In addition, I have received training in emotional problems: how to intervene and how to treat them from the CBT.
