During the first session we will define what your objectives are when attending therapy and we will focus on resolving any doubts or questions you may have about this process. In this session, the most important thing is to know your needs, likes and dislikes, to create a tailor-made treatment plan for you, that you find useful and pleasant.
My approach is cognitive behavioral, which works with the identification and modification of thought patterns to optimize our relationship with the environment, improve emotional state and facilitate decision-making. I have training in thanatology and evidence-based intervention techniques, as well as in mindfulness.
