I have dedicated my life to studying and researching how to help people with emotional pain, developing a great ability to listen, empathy and compassion. I am a mother of 4 beautiful human beings. I highlight my resilience, level of commitment, and the love I put into everything I do. I am proud to be a very good Psychotherapist. I live in Gratitude.
In our first session, I will create a space where you can feel the tranquility of expressing what you are feeling and the problem you want to work on. I will explain the procedure and the tools we will use. We will review the own tools and strengths that will help you to empower yourself in the process and change.
My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral and MBSR (Stress Reduction Program Based on Mindfulness), I also use Systemic Therapy, which allows to have results sooner, with a great impact on the environments to which the person belongs. I apply Bach Therapy when possible. I have more than 30 years of experience.
