I am an affable, understanding and curious person. I love to know new places, this is one of the reasons why I traveled to Spain and I am currently in Madrid. I value tranquility, listening and honesty in myself as in others. I enjoy being in nature, hiking and creating spaces for creation.

In the first session through a warm climate, you will get to know me and my style of work. I will focus on knowing what the reasons that have brought you to consultation and the influence of it in your different vital spheres. We will talk about what you would like to happen in your process, being our north to work along the sessions.

My therapeutic approach is based on the systemic model and art therapy. We will work from a relational, contextual, constructivist viewpoint. We will focus on your significant relationships and the contexts in which you operate to understand what is problematic and seek possibilities for change and improvement.
